Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. For returns and exchanges that are not quality issues and do not affect secondary sales, you shall bear the shipping costs.

2. For product quality issues, please contact us(customer_service@dorsill.com) directly to resolve the problem.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer_service@dorsill.com.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at customer_service@dorsill.com.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping & Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free shipping when order over $69.

Typically, your order will be delivered within 5-12 business days,but occasionally your items may arrive before or after the estimated delivery date.

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the package.

Orders & Payment

WYou can sign in and head to your order history to easily check the status of all your orders.

You can't make changes to an order, but you can cancel it before it is shipped.
